This retail will only lease for the following fields: -A facility that provides training and/or education in martial arts, such as a karate academy. -A facility that provides training and/or education in dance or similar performing arts, such as a dance academy. -An educational facility providing training and/or education to children in math and other curriculum, including, without limitation, computer classes and stem classes. -A facility that provides training and/or education in music or similar musical, arts, such as a music school. -A facility that provides tutoring and/or similar services that prepare students to take the scholastic aptitude test or similar standardized tests. - A facility that provides tutoring training and/or children in yoga or similar children fitness classes. -A business that offers school-related activities to children.
