The King Street Building is one of the newest additions to the Southside District of downtown Chattanooga. On the same property is one of the newest additions to Chattanooga, the Moxy Hotel. There is a lot of life and animation in this area and is walkable to all things Southside. On the first floor of the King Street Building resides Wanderlinger Brewery and Goodfellas Pizza restaurant along with a whiskey lounge in the basement. Floors 2 and 3 are available and are around 14,000 square feet each for a total of 28,000 square feet of office space available in the building.
