Nestled in the heart of the Bardwell community in Aurora is a great brick property that backs to a campus being developed for housing seniors and an independent apartment community for adults with intellectual disabilities. There will be parks and landscaping scheduled to be completed fall of 2021. This property has over 10,000 sq ft and 40 parking spaces. Space was previously used for medical space but could also be used for many other industries. This building needs to be completely remodeled on the interior.
