Main Street Market Place is a Kroger-anchored center centrally located less than a mile off of Interstate 75, in Cartersville. This center is in the heart of Cartersville’s retail epicenter, and is next door to many Big Box Retailers, such as Kohl’s, Belk, T. J. Maxx, Target, Ulta Beauty, Publix, and Academy Sports. Two separate buildings totaling 14,400 square feet of retail space will be available Summer 2020. One 7,200 sf building will be located directly next door to Kroger Marketplace, and the other will be in front of Kroger.
