Both buildings are across from the Westbrook Green. The larger 1,392 SF space, formerly Westbrook Pizza, had new HVAC installed Feb. 2020, and back stairs to the attic (storage) put in Nov. 2019. The smaller 820 SF space was formerly a deli, but is suitable for a gift shop, an office or a convenience mart. Sump pump installed in March 2020. Both buildings had their septic tanks cleaned in that month as well. High visibility in this historic downtown area makes either of these spaces valuable to locals as well as vacationers.
