The new 190,000 square-foot full-service acute care hospital is almost complete in Midlothian and is located west of U.S. 287 near the Midlothian ISD multi-purpose stadium. The $175-million facility will be the centerpiece of the 67-acre campus and includes a 45,000 square-foot medical office building. This beautiful office building is fully occupied on the 1st floor and has shell space available for lease on the 2nd floor. Tenant space is available as of July 1, 2020.
